Strategic Finance Analyst Manager (USA)

Overview

A leading organization in the Technical Services sector is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst Manager to join their team. This role focuses on enhancing financial discipline related to P&L visibility, margin improvement, and overall business performance. The position involves partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial controls, and resource allocation. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and develop scalable financial operations within a Technical Services environment.

Location

• Remote (US-based candidates only)

Compensation

• $160,000 – $178,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and profitability models to support strategic decision-making
• Implement AI/ML tools to improve modelling and reporting processes
• Analyze pricing changes through quantitative modelling across different segments
• Deliver profitability and commercial performance reports to executive leadership
• Serve as the primary analytical partner for Pricing and Sales Enablement teams, providing actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance within SaaS or technology sectors
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills with a proven track record
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools, including large language models (LLMs), for modelling and reporting workflows
