Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes and monitor contract renewals ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Create and process requisitions using PeopleSoft Procurement modules, verifying documentation and budget availability
- Track expenditures and assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliation
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to procurement activity, contract spending, and departmental budgets
- Support onboarding activities for consultants, contractors, and professional services resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in procurement support, financial analysis, budgeting, contract administration, or business operations
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules, ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management, and Beeline Vendor Management System
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction and analysis
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with cloud consumption and billing models such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external vendors
