Overview
The organization is seeking a Treasury Solutions Lead to bridge customers and the product. This role partners with treasury and finance teams to understand how cash operations work in practice, translate those insights into solutions on the platform, and share learnings back with Product and R&D to influence what is built next.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep discovery with customers and prospects to map treasury workflows, data sources, and banking setup, and design how the platform addresses them.
- Lead solution design for new customers, including scoping integrations and bank connectivity, configuring forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting to match existing processes.
- Design and refine the agent workflows customers run on the platform, and convert customer-specific solutions into repeatable product patterns.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements; partner with Product and R&D (Tel Aviv) on prioritization, specs, and validation.
- Run beta and early-access programs for new features, including selecting design partners, collecting feedback, and confirming the feature solves the problem prior to general release.
- Support pre-sales activities requiring product depth, such as solution workshops, technical deep dives, and tailored demos alongside Sales.
- Partner with Customer Success on rollouts and adoption, and identify expansion opportunities based on customer usage.
- Create solution guides, use-case libraries, and enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Monitor how treasury teams, TMS platforms, and competitors evolve, and use those insights to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, or a product/solutions role at a fintech or TMS company.
- Hands-on product experience (e.g., product management, product operations, or solutions work closely tied to a product roadmap).
- Strong understanding of cash management workflows, banking data structures (BAI2, MT940, APIs), and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based treasury management (TMS) or cash management platforms.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience with finance and treasury leaders, from analysts to CFOs.
- Comfort with APIs, data mapping, and system integrations (the role does not require coding; it involves designing and scoping solutions).
- Ability to write clear product requirements and convert messy customer input into structured priorities.
- Hands-on interest in AI agents and how they change finance workflows.
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- NYC-based or able to work US hours.
