Overview
This role is a capacity-expansion position designed for someone who can become a meaningful, long-term part of the firm. The position will evolve over time based on the successful candidate’s strengths and interests.
You will work closely with the founder throughout the client planning journey—from onboarding through plan delivery for project-based clients and ongoing support for retainer clients. While the work is primarily behind the scenes, it is not a data-entry role. Success in this position requires comfort with client data details, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, asking strong questions, and testing alternatives.

- Review tax returns and support tax-planning analysis, including Roth conversions and other scenarios
- Build, update, and test financial planning scenarios, including retirement, cash flow, Social Security, and tax-planning assumptions
- Gather and organize investment information and assist with portfolio/allocation and rebalancing analysis
- Track client action items, open questions, and follow-ups across meetings and planning stages
- Populate client information, analysis, and recommendations into planning templates and deliverables
- Perform quality-control reviews of client data, assumptions, and plan outputs, proactively flagging anything unusual
- Support estate planning and insurance reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information
- Help develop and improve SOPs, workflows, checklists, and templates across the planning process
- Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to improve efficiency and consistency, aligned with firm policies
