Overview
The organization is seeking Accounting professionals to create and evaluate accounting reasoning challenges for AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic accounting scenarios—such as journal-entry logic, close processes, and reporting judgments—that test an AI model’s ability to reason through accounting work accurately.
Responsibilities
- Develop accounting scenarios, reporting exercises, and close-process cases that challenge AI models
- Evaluate and validate model responses for technical accuracy under GAAP/IFRS
- Collaborate with accounting and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general or technical accounting
- Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or comparable credential
- Experience across industries or public accounting
- Familiarity with major ERP/accounting systems
