Accounting Manager

Overview

The Accounting Manager is a trusted financial leader responsible for excellence in nonprofit accounting, financial reporting, grant compliance, and team performance. The role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations, overseeing month-end close, preparation of financial statements, regulatory compliance, and leadership of the finance team. In addition, the position provides meaningful financial insights that support organizational sustainability and mission impact.

This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Florida or Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Requirements

• Strong technical accounting expertise
