Overview
A leading influencer marketing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their growing Accounting team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable & Cash Management and plays a key role in managing the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment using internal accounting software systems.
- Perform invoice data entry and processing efficiently and accurately.
- Review vendor contracts against invoice data.
- Verify accurate banking details on invoices before submitting for manager payment approvals.
- Maintain client campaign records and communicate professionally with vendors when requesting invoices.
- Assist senior management with monthly reconciliations and accruals as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience processing large volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Concur, Salesforce, Tipalti, and Google Workspace.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
