Accounts Payable Representative

Overview

This role involves auditing warranty repair invoices and processing payments to vendors while working closely with multiple departments. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and comfort working under time-sensitive requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit warranty repair invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Process payments to vendors
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Identify problems and work toward solutions
• Manage multiple time-sensitive requirements and meet deliverable due dates
• Perform mathematical computations such as percentages, additions, and subtractions quickly and accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work from home (work from a home office in an approved city & state)
  • Must have a conducive, quiet workspace with no distractions
  • Must have reliable and secure internet
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, additions, subtractions quickly and accurately
• 1-year accounts payable experience preferred
• 1-year high volume call-center experience, or corporate customer service high volume, or invoice or corporate data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-year accounts payable experience
• Experience in high volume call-center or corporate customer service
• Experience with invoice or corporate data entry
