Overview

This role supports accounts payable workflows, with a focus on methodical assignment work, clear documentation of key details, and raising questions when information is incomplete or contradictory.

Assignments may begin with incomplete context. Part of the job is to confirm the objective, identify what information is available, and document any assumptions that affect the outcome. When invoices or records do not reconcile, investigate the discrepancy rather than forcing an answer.
