This role supports the accounts payable function by entering and maintaining organized payment records, reviewing invoices and supporting documentation, and investigating routine discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable information and maintain organized payment records.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate duplicate, missing, or inconsistent invoice information.
• Track invoice and payment status and document required follow-up.
• Assist with account reconciliations and research routine discrepancies.

Requirements / Preferred Capabilities

• Ability to handle financial records carefully and consistently.
• Ability to investigate routine discrepancies methodically.
• Organized communication and dependable follow-through.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Understanding of accounts payable and invoice processing workflows.
