Position: Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
This role involves managing accounts receivable operations to ensure timely collections and accurate revenue recognition. The manager will oversee financial processes, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with various teams to maintain precise financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures to improve invoicing and collections efficiency.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively manage overdue accounts to reduce revenue loss.
- Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
