Analyst I - Account Management - Captives

Overview

The organization is seeking a talented individual to join its Captives team. This role can be based in any US office location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies.
• Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance.
• Help the Account Manager prepare the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts.
• Assist the Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Applicable base salary range: $53,600 to $114,300.
• Base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements; decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
• Performance-based incentives may be available in addition to base salary.
