AR Specialist (NetSuite)

Overview

An organization in the healthcare industry is seeking an AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to support a transition period involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up.

• Work model: Fully Remote
• Compensation: $28–30/Hour DOE
• Contract-to-hire: There is potential for conversion to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing & cash application process for assigned areas
• Process a high volume of weekly invoices, ensuring appropriate GL coding and cash receipts
• Perform additional AR duties as necessary, including follow-up on outstanding invoices for collections

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ year of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry (highly preferred), or within a complex software/technology environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
