Billing Manager

Overview

This role oversees the accuracy and consistency of billing operations. You will help ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time, support customer communication around billing inquiries, monitor accounts receivable, and contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices in the billing system.
• Maintain billing data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to address client questions related to billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare regular billing and financial reports to support internal processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing procedures and workflows in cooperation with finance and operations teams.
