Billing Specialist- REMOTE

Overview

A Billing Specialist position is available as a remote role. This position ensures billing data is accurate and complete, supports payment reconciliation activities, and maintains detailed documentation of billing-related work. The role contributes to the organization’s financial operations by validating billing inputs, assisting with adjustments and re-billings, and ensuring records are maintained for audit and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in reconciling payments, adjustments, and re-billings
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of billing, payment, and related financial activities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• 6 months of work experience in Billing, Reconciliations, Collections, or Pharmacy
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency

Compensation & Benefits

• Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85 - $25.48 based on experience and skills
