Overview
This Bookkeeper role supports resort-travel operations, including personalized cruise, resort, and Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. Work focuses on maintaining financial record integrity and ensuring each handoff clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
The role is full-time, associate level, and 100% remote within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own and support the bookkeeper workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
- Coordinate reconciliation by helping the team reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Review and track unresolved financial exceptions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation to keep records accurate, secure, and traceable.
- Protect confidential account information.
- Perform transaction and invoice review, ensuring exceptions, owners, and deadlines are handled appropriately.
- Apply sound judgment and escalate when needed instead of assuming.
- Document confidentiality-related decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
