Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookkeeper-focused work by maintaining audit-ready documentation that remains traceable across travel-agency network operations, leisure products, agency support, partner coordination, reservations, and customer service.
- Track and protect confidential account information, ensuring it remains traceable and handled appropriately across the workflow.
- Document work by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records and ensuring traceability across the applicable operational areas.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to support accurate, timely financial recordkeeping.
- Review and track unresolved financial exceptions, ensuring exceptions have owners and next steps.
Qualifications
- Experience using spreadsheet analysis to support financial recordkeeping and review.
- Ability to provide audit support while maintaining clear evidence, ownership, and deadlines.
- Strong documentation and approval-tracking skills so another teammate can follow the reasoning without rebuilding the work history.
- Sound judgment when escalation is needed rather than assumption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with invoice review and variance analysis.
- Background in financial reporting and document review.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $43,000-$68,000 per year.
Location
- Full-time, associate level.
- 100% remote within the United States.
