Overview
This role supports accurate, audit-ready financial record integrity for a vacation planning workflow that includes cruises, honeymoons, groups, all-inclusive stays, and theme-park travel. The position is focused on bookkeeper responsibilities within vacation planning support—using current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Responsibilities
- Help the team review financial inputs against supporting records to maintain a checkpoint for record integrity.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Track unresolved financial exceptions and coordinate follow-up until issues are resolved.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation that clearly supports decisions and traceability.
- Ensure confidential account information is protected.

- Perform spreadsheet analysis while maintaining awareness of exceptions, owners, and deadlines.

Requirements
- Focused bookkeeper experience supporting vacation planning (or a closely related workflow).
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and maintain process compliance.
- Strong record maintenance and documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Theme park travel operations experience.
- Cruise client support experience.
- Financial analysis and reconciliation experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, transaction review, and variance analysis.
- Experience with invoice review.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
- Full-time; associate level.
