Overview
A detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper is needed to assist in managing clients' financial records accurately and efficiently. The role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Provide support during financial audits and reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
