Overview
This role involves creating and evaluating accounting reasoning challenges for AI training modules. Working in a remote, flexible, asynchronous capacity, you will design realistic accounting scenarios—such as journal-entry logic, close-process workflows, and reporting judgments—to test an AI model’s ability to reason through accounting work accurately.
Responsibilities
- Develop accounting scenarios, reporting exercises, and close-process cases that challenge AI models
- Evaluate and validate model responses for technical accuracy under GAAP/IFRS
- Collaborate with accounting and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general or technical accounting
- Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or comparable credential
- Experience across industries or public accounting
- Familiarity with major ERP/accounting systems is a plus
