Overview
This role involves providing senior-level accounting and finance expertise with a focus on QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support. The position requires handling both general inquiries and complex, data-intensive accounting and finance questions, offering strong analytical and advisory support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and deliver accounting guidance.
- Address complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
- Provide advisory recommendations based on financial data analysis.
Requirements
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or experience with Omni Chat.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
- Experience in roles such as CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
- Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
- Proven ability to handle complex accounting and finance queries.
- Experience supporting or advising small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients or business owners on accounting and financial matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ownership or hands-on financial management experience in an SMB.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commitment of up to 40 hours per week.
