Overview

The organization is seeking an Experienced Management Controller to join the Technology & Transformation team, responsible for financial management and performance tracking for projects within the organization’s Technology & Transformation business.

This position is based in Casablanca and supports multiple member firms, with work connected to clients across different industries and project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track project-related costs.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Monitor and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.
• Maintain regular updates of dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Project and business teams to deliver relevant financial analyses.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data in internal management systems.

Additional mission focus

• Ensure accuracy of financial data within internal systems and tools.
• Meet deadlines for monthly and annual financial close.
• Participate in continuous improvement of controlling processes in the context of transformation.
• Help optimize financial reporting and performance management processes.
• Work closely with the accounting team to improve processes (description truncated in source text).

Requirements

• Higher education in a business school or university.
• 2 years of experience in a comparable management controlling role, preferably in a technological environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency with management and data analysis tools, including Pack Office.
• Ability to communicate in French and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce environments is a plus.
