Corporate Development Associate

Overview

The organization is seeking a Corporate Development Associate/Senior Associate to support a high-volume acquisition strategy within its early childhood education platform. The platform was acquired in early 2025 and has completed 7 acquisitions in the last 3 months, with a significant pipeline ahead.

This is a remote position. The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Development and will have meaningful ownership across financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution for de novo, single-site, and multi-site acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution for de novo, single-site, and multi-site acquisitions
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate acquisition opportunities and determine accretion
• Contribute to due diligence activities across target qualification, analysis, and synthesis
• Assist in developing and maintaining materials and analyses used in deal evaluation and execution
• Help drive a high volume of accretive acquisitions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting acquisitions and transaction execution in corporate development, private equity, or investment banking
