Corporate Finance Analyst

Overview

An organization is seeking experienced corporate finance professionals for a flexible, part-time contract role supporting AI research. This project-based opportunity involves leveraging expertise with tools such as S&P Capital IQ, Kyriba, and SAP HANA to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that enhances AI understanding of real-world corporate finance workflows. The role can be performed alongside current work commitments with no fixed schedule or minimum hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level training questions and scenarios based on actual corporate finance, M&A, and treasury workflows
• Review and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to financial analysis and treasury practices
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI model performance
• Complete tasks independently at a flexible pace

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, or treasury roles such as Investment Banking Analyst, M&A Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant
• Practical experience with one or more of the following platforms: S&P Capital IQ, Kyriba, or SAP HANA
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
