This role is a contract engagement supporting corporate finance work for a client. Responsibilities focus on evaluating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and reduce costs.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.

Requirements

• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems or financial software.
