The organization is seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contract basis. This role involves evaluating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and reduce costs.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.
Requirements
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital markets.
