Overview
This role involves managing and administering corporate income tax matters across the Americas region, including the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. The position supports income tax compliance, tax provision, income tax accounting, cash tax forecasting, tax-related financial reporting, and international taxation matters. It works closely with senior tax management to deliver accurate and timely tax data and calculations.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate income tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across the Americas.
- Implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tools in income tax compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for tax return preparation and filings.
- Monitor tax law changes and assess their impacts.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries.
- Analyze key tax drivers in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America and provide insights.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on tax-related matters.
- Support tax planning initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions for U.S., Canadian, and Latin American components under IAS 12 / ASC 740.
- Assist with reconciliations, disclosures, and reporting schedules.
- Support cash tax forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist with international tax matters including Country-By-Country reporting, Pillar 2, and international tax treaty analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
- 6–8+ years of corporate tax experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal income tax and tax accounting.
- Working knowledge of international tax matters.
- Proficiency with tax and AI tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range in the United States: $109,000 to $181,000.
- Additional compensation includes bonus eligibility.

Location & Work Authorization
- Remote-first working model with some roles requiring hybrid arrangements.
