Enterprise Financial Analyst (Federal Grant Effort / Compliance experience preferred) - REMOTE

Overview

The organization is seeking an Enterprise Financial Analyst within Finance - Payroll Accounting Support. This role is responsible for reviewing and entering Payroll Costing Allocations and Payroll Accounting Adjustments for changes identified during effort review. The position partners closely with the OSP Financial Management team to help ensure the accuracy of reported effort and compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.

Responsibilities

• Enter Payroll Costing Allocations and Payroll Accounting Adjustments centrally for changes in effort as needed.
• Review charged effort for accuracy.
• Verify that reported effort complies with federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Analyze future effort allocations and communicate potential need for changes.
• Collaborate with the OSP Financial Management team to ensure institutional effort compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience.
• Experience level: 2 years.
• Education: Bachelor’s.

• Communication of Results (Intermediate): Communicate results and recommendations concisely and in a non-technical format; present analysis and findings using appropriate data visualization and presentation tools (such as Word, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint).
