Overview
This role involves working as a Financial Analyst responsible for transforming complex financial data into meaningful business insights. The position focuses on reporting, financial analysis, and storytelling through data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers of results.
- Communicate findings through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
- Translate large volumes of data into meaningful business narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to answer complex business questions.
- Use fact-based, forward-looking analysis to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Investigate variances, isolate root causes, quantify impacts, and forecast business implications.
- Prepare financial updates, executive presentations, and supporting materials.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies.
- Exercise sound judgment and analytical thinking in ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business analytics, accounting, finance, consulting, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with financial models, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and proactive approach to identifying trends and solving problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $52,800.00 - $80,475.00, based on experience and qualifications.
