An experienced bookkeeper is needed to join a growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with UK bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping using Xero and Dext
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors
- Organize receipts, invoices, and financial records
- Prepare and maintain records for UK VAT returns
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial documentation
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in Xero and Dext
- Experience with UK VAT
- Previous experience supporting e-commerce businesses
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
