Overview
This role supports strategies to improve profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall business improvement. The position partners with Region and Market leadership to deliver financial and strategic results using Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. It also supports corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process and tools for the field
- Support annual AOP analysis and review at the Market level
- Support monthly business reviews for leadership at the Region level
- Prepare the Market monthly business review for corporate
- Support Region monthly forecasting review analysis
- Prepare the Market monthly forecasting analysis
- Support the monthly financial close process
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement in topline revenue and (or) margins
- Identify and recommend areas of expense improvement in the Sales, General and Administrative departments
- Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
- Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business needs are defined at the Region and Market level
- Conduct customer incentive agreement analysis at the Region and Market level and develop proposed recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2 years of Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work with little direct supervision
