Overview

This role involves providing operational analysis and support to managers and associates in branch offices within an assigned region and segment. The position supports client relationships and executes operational initiatives to improve performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and investigate performance and functional system issues and opportunities
  • Support operational improvement projects
  • Provide cross-functional and cross-business unit analysis
  • Test new versions and updates of applications
  • Research and analyze prospect and client opportunities (pipeline)
  • Populate reports and reporting metrics to assist with broker accountability assessments
  • Communicate segment-specific content, products, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate legal document development and execution with broker teams, legal, client services, compliance, and executive teams
  • Represent branch offices served and advocate on their behalf as a member of various management and operation groups
  • Act as a point of contact for information flow between local offices, central operations team, HR, finance, compliance, WRA, IT, and group functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of relevant experience, or equivalent commercial insurance experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel to branch offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or accruals
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as OneStream, TM1, or similar
  • Experience working in cross-functional or business-facing finance roles
  • Interest in stakeholder engagement and financial storytelling

Compensation and Benefits

Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
