Overview
This role involves working as an Investment Banking Expert on a contract basis, reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, pitch materials, and deal structuring. The position is remote and offers compensation ranging from $1,750 to $2,150 per completed task.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated content in areas such as financial modeling, valuation methods, pitch materials, and deal structuring.
- Develop realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows including deal screening, due diligence, and syndication.
- Annotate, label, and validate data across investment banking use cases like financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization.
- Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy concerning SEC regulations, deal documentation, and financial terminology.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank.
- Experience in areas such as M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7, 63, 79 licenses or CFA designation.
- Experience in industry coverage groups such as TMT, healthcare, industrials, or financial institutions group (FIG).
