Overview

A remote Finance Manager position is available to oversee the financial health of the organization by managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and guiding financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes by preparing financial models, performing analysis, reviewing preliminary management presentations, and assembling budget packages.
  • Develop and analyze financial projections to ensure forecasts align with expectations and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
  • Provide counsel and insight into financial results, forecasts, and risks.
  • Lead financial analysis projects and assist with special projects.
  • Develop and manage operational productivity analyses and track relevant metrics.
  • Develop and manage project status reporting for assigned business areas.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • United States Citizenship is required due to customer requirements.
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting related to technology expenditures.
  • Strong ability to translate objectives into actionable results.
  • Understanding of cost allocations and pool structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues in a simple, logical, and succinct manner.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and provide value-added analyses.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cognos and/or Deltek Costpoint is highly desired.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $105,000 to $120,000 annually.
  • Compensation is based on factors including job location, education, training, experience, quality and quantity of work, required travel, market and internal value analysis, seniority, and merit.
  • Total compensation may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
  • Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
  • Salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
