This role supports global pricing efforts across new business tenders and ongoing client retention and expansion.

Finance Manager, Global Pricing (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Support new business development efforts, including building and editing financial pricing models for prospective clients
• Support existing client retention and expansion efforts by upholding pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and aligned with overall company objectives
• Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives
• Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for sales team
• Align across functional units to create pricing strategies and proposals
• Develop creative and cost-effective plans to meet client objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment as a role model: support management and staff, follow policies, provide feedback, and assist in special projects
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely located, and cross-functional teams
• Effective time management to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in a corporate business setting in an analytical function
• Strong problem-solving skills, including anticipating and resolving issues
• Learning agility and clear, persuasive communication with cross-functional partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary range (applicable jurisdictions in the US): $68,000–$93,000

• Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
