Finance Manager - Remote

This role leads all accounting and finance activities for the Central & West region of a $250M organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with international headquarters. The position plays a key role in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong internal controls, partnering with business leaders across the region.

Success requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience working within a global organization, and the ability to communicate effectively with both U.S. and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for the Central Region of 7-10 offices
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate financial consolidation, reporting, and intercompany activities with global headquarters
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax and reporting requirements
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
• Work with external auditors and third-party advisors
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a U.S.-based accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a private equity organization or private-equity backed organization
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong accounting foundation with blended accounting and finance capabilities
• Experience working within an international organization
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, and familiarity with IFRS
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and executives
