Responsibilities
- Track unresolved financial exceptions and ensure each item remains traceable within itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation so records are complete and verifiable.
- Protect confidential account information throughout all reporting and documentation activities.
- Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
- Use document review practices confidently to support personalized leisure vacation workflows.
- Apply financial-focused analysis without losing track of evidence, owners, or deadlines.
- Document personalized leisure vacation reporting decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment for payment tracking, escalating when needed rather than assuming outcomes.
Requirements
- Ability to use document review to support personalized leisure vacations, itineraries, supplier confirmations, reservations, and traveler support.
- Demonstrated ability to apply financial-focused, analysis-led workflows while maintaining evidence, ownership, and deadlines.
- Ability to clearly document reporting decisions so another teammate can verify the work state without reconstructing its history.
- Strong judgment in payment tracking, including appropriate escalation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year
