Overview
This role is for a Financial Analyst supporting administrative, customer-service, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day business workflows. The position is 100% remote and full-time, open to candidates in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate Financial Analyst records and structured data used across administrative, customer-service, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day business workflows.
- Review source information for completeness, formatting, and consistency; document exceptions before updating approved systems.
- Prepare or update reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking files that support the Financial Analyst workflow.
- Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and traceability.
- Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the team can act on reliable information.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform Financial Analyst work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $49,000–$79,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
