Overview

This role supports financial analysis work connected to travel and event coordination, including reservations, attendee support, client administration, scheduling, and itinerary workflows.

This is a 100% remote position open within the United States, with day-to-day emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Quality Control, and Data Entry.

Responsibilities

  • Track unresolved financial items and required follow-up; perform Quality Control and Expense Review to keep work complete and ready for the next authorized step.
  • Support reporting with validated source information; complete tasks using Data Entry and Documentation to ensure work is ready for the next authorized step.
  • Review routine transactions for completeness and consistency; use Expense Review and Customer Communication to keep work complete and ready for the next authorized step.
  • Protect confidential financial information while following controls; maintain required Documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation; use Customer Communication and Quality Control to keep records complete and ready for handoffs.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow financial controls and procedures, particularly while supporting travel and event coordination, reservations, attendee support, client administration, scheduling, and itinerary workflows.
  • Reliable remote communication and follow-through when supporting travel and event coordination, reservations, attendee support, client administration, scheduling, and itinerary workflows.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and reconciliations in support of travel and event coordination, reservations, attendee support, client administration, scheduling, and itinerary workflows.
  • Strong attention to financial accuracy and confidentiality while supporting travel and event coordination, reservations, attendee support, client administration, scheduling, and itinerary workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience applying Microsoft Excel, Quality Control, Data Entry, Expense Review, Documentation, and Customer Communication to travel and event coordination workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, associate level
  • Base salary: $49,000–$79,000 per year
