Overview

This role is for a Financial Analyst supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of business performance. The position is designed for someone who can work carefully with financial information and explain what the numbers mean in practical terms.

Work is fully remote within the United States and is full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain spreadsheet-based financial models for planning, comparison, and scenario analysis.
  • Support KPI reporting by connecting financial measures with relevant operational context.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and other financial or operating measures to identify performance drivers.
  • Communicate financial findings in concise business language, including risks, limitations, and areas requiring follow-up.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting by organizing assumptions, updating schedules, and checking calculations.
  • Improve recurring financial reporting processes while maintaining appropriate review controls.

Requirements

  • Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to checking financial information.
  • Ability to manage assigned priorities independently while collaborating through digital tools in a remote environment.
