Financial Analyst

Overview

A growing enterprise revenue technology organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their fast-paced, high-performing Finance team. This remote position based in the United States plays a critical role in supporting the company’s operational goals and strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed operating plans and long-term corporate financial models.
• Track ongoing business changes through rolling forecasts using Adaptive Insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports analyzing financial results, trends, and risks.
• Communicate key financial messages and insights to senior management.
• Conduct ad-hoc business case and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess unit-level economics and key business KPIs for go-to-market and other teams.
• Support the accounting team during month-end close processes, including variance analysis.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Sales Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with various levels of executive management.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new technologies and practices.
• Experience working in high-growth companies and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Independent and flexible problem-solver able to adapt as the business evolves.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $67,000 to $77,500 USD.
• Total compensation may include performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentive plans.
• Compensation packages are tailored based on individual skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
