Overview

This full-time Associate-level Financial Analyst role supports brand strategy operations through financial analysis, record maintenance, and audit-ready documentation. The work is finance-focused and analysis-led, with an emphasis on traceability—clearly showing the source used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action.

The role’s work centers on invoice review, audit support, and record maintenance to determine whether items can close, require follow-up, or be moved to an authorized owner.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial inputs against supporting records, ensuring traceability throughout the workflow and maintaining clear documentation of sources, changes, and open items.
  • Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing, with outcomes documented in a way that supports verification by others.
  • Track unresolved financial exceptions, ensuring exceptions remain visible until they have an owner and are addressed.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, keeping records complete and ready for audit support needs.
  • Protect confidential account information in all stages of the work.

Success Standard

Success means accurate financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain usable under ongoing operational demands. Repeated errors should become visible, exceptions should have owners, and another authorized teammate should be able to verify the state of the work without reconstructing its history.

Capabilities

  • Confidently use payment tracking processes to support financial analysis and operational workflow.
  • Resolve exceptions while preserving evidence, ownership, and deadlines.
  • Document financial decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.
  • Apply sound judgment and escalate when appropriate rather than assuming outcomes.

  • Full-time employment.
  • Associate level.
  • 100% remote within the United States.
