Overview
This role supports the strategic and daily management of financial performance and operations within the assigned area. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing financial data and reports against budgets and key benchmarks, interpreting trends and forecasts, and developing recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare equity and financing packages summarizing key highlights, requirements, market data, and other financial details for corporate decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools to develop and design presentation materials for various stakeholders, including data visualizations, executive summaries, and supporting analyses.
- Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-ups for audits.
- Complete various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analyses.
- May oversee rent levels and occupancy figures by analyzing rent appropriateness to determine if incentives are necessary to improve financial performance; act as liaison between corporate and property management; oversee property expenses; and submit invoices for loan draws as necessary.
- Prepare rolling 5-year strategic plans, coordinate underwriting processes for large and opportunistic transactions, and oversee investment and co-investment programs.

- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial trends and forecasts.
- Proficiency with AI tools for data visualization and presentation development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between corporate and property management teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $63,000 - $76,000.
- Additional compensation may include quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance for corporate roles.
- Onsite property roles may be eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
