Overview
This role supports a travel-technology marketplace across ticketing, content, platform, partner, customer-support, operations, and related data workflows. Work is financial-focused and analysis-led, with the goal of maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliation, and handling exceptions.
Completed work is expected to be traceable—showing the source used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial exception tracking by helping the team identify unresolved exceptions and ensuring each exception remains traceable across ticketing, content, platform, partner, customer-support, operations, and data workflows.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation so evidence, ownership, and deadlines remain traceable across the same workflows.
- Protect confidential account information through careful handling and documentation practices.
- Review financial inputs against supporting records to verify alignment and identify issues that require follow-up.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to ensure outputs are accurate and ready for the next authorized step.
Success Standard
Success means financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain usable and verifiable under ongoing operational demands. Repeated errors should become visible, exceptions should have owners, and another authorized teammate should be able to confirm the work’s state without rebuilding the full history.
Working Strengths
- Confidently use spreadsheet analysis to support financial-focused, analysis-led workflow activities.
- Provide audit support while maintaining clear evidence trails, owners, and timelines.
- Document approval-tracking decisions clearly enough that another teammate can understand the reasoning and continue work.
- Use sound judgment around travel-technology marketplace operations, especially when escalation is required rather than assumption.
