Financial Analyst, Equity

Overview

This role supports complex financial planning and analysis to enable equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial analysis to support equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations to management, senior leadership, and equity holders.
• Maintain accurate equity records; support equity administration; and prepare or review financial statements and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects; communicate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders; and handle day-to-day equity-related requests.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, legal and financial concepts to support business and equity-related initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, to develop presentations and manage professional communications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000.
• Final compensation may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and others.
