Overview

A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance practice within the Turnaround & Restructuring team. This role involves providing financial modeling, analysis, and restructuring support on high-impact projects across diverse industries such as retail, healthcare, financial services, energy, and technology. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities of the Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
  • Perform financial modeling, data analysis, and prepare client presentations.
  • Develop 13-week cash flow models, three-statement financial models, and scenario planning tools.
  • Collaborate with team members, clients, and external professionals to meet engagement objectives.
  • Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other deliverables that clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to practice growth through marketing efforts, client pitches, and development of new service offerings.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel, including constructing and interpreting three-statement models, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CFA, CPA, or similar certifications is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, restructuring, financial analysis, and corporate finance.
