Overview

A global technology company specializing in financial management solutions is seeking a Staff Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role involves delivering strategic, data-driven insights to influence key business decisions and support the company’s financial strategy and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations to communicate financial performance and forecasts.
  • Execute and enhance core financial processes including monthly close reporting, forecasting, target setting, and headcount planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, improve, and implement financial and operational processes.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted partner to senior business leaders.
  • Prepare guidance, earnings reports, and Board materials ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership including CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in FP&A or related roles within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Background in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or analytics is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools; experience with Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field required; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives, organizational change, or performance improvement projects.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a high-growth setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $150,000 to $203,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
