Overview
This role involves applying financial expertise to support the training of AI systems by reviewing real financial statements, validating key metrics, and delivering concise, structured insights. The goal is to help ensure AI systems that influence financial decision-making are accurate and reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract position with task-based assignments and no prior AI background required.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze company-level financial statements and operational datasets
- Validate key financial metrics, ratios, and performance trends
- Cross-reference narrative disclosures with underlying quantitative data
- Summarize financial insights clearly and concisely in written form
- Support recurring evaluation cycles with consistent, high-quality analysis
- Complete task-based assignments independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Proficiency working with spreadsheets and structured financial data
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach, with strong accuracy in data review
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
- No prior AI or technical experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of sector-specific financial performance drivers
- Experience in equity research, investment analysis, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with financial modeling or data validation workflows
- Background in auditing, valuation, or financial due diligence
