Overview

This role supports pricing strategy by providing timely, accurate analysis to enable sound business decisions and optimize pricing profitability.

Job Title: Financial Analyst, Pricing

Location: Remote-USA

Compensation Range: $82,649 - $123,148/year

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Pricing

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing performance at the category, brand, store, and market levels
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, identifying areas of pricing underperformance and leveraging data to share insights
  • Support product pricing strategy through related reporting, analysis, projects, innovations, and process improvements
  • Support new merchandise strategy, inventory planning and analysis
  • Implement and independently manage all pricing systems
  • Build and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis through complex financial modeling
  • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations to leadership
  • Communicate analysis effectively with key stakeholders (field operations, corporate leadership)

  • Strong Excel/Access skills
  • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
  • Ability to connect complex operational metrics to financial results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in Finance or a combination of education and experience that yields the required Finance knowledge, skills & abilities
  • Retail or manufacturing experience preferred

Work Conditions
