This role supports pricing strategy by providing timely, accurate analysis to enable sound business decisions and optimize pricing profitability.
Job Title: Financial Analyst, Pricing
Location: Remote-USA
Compensation Range: $82,649 - $123,148/year
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Pricing
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing performance at the category, brand, store, and market levels
- Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, identifying areas of pricing underperformance and leveraging data to share insights
- Support product pricing strategy through related reporting, analysis, projects, innovations, and process improvements
- Support new merchandise strategy, inventory planning and analysis
- Implement and independently manage all pricing systems
- Build and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis through complex financial modeling
- Deliver informative, well-organized presentations to leadership
- Communicate analysis effectively with key stakeholders (field operations, corporate leadership)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in Finance or a combination of education and experience that yields the required Finance knowledge, skills & abilities
- Retail or manufacturing experience preferred
