Financial Analyst (Remote)

Overview

The organization is seeking a Financial Analyst (Remote) to join the Financial Data Analytics team. This role provides financial and related operational support, including reporting and analysis for royalty expense and royalty payments, along with ad hoc analysis and support for strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Complete investment analysis to execute on business strategies
• Allocate revenue for royalty payments
• Analyze monthly royalty expense results for Senior Leadership
• Provide guidance for setting Annual & Quarterly forecasts
• Build ad hoc analysis reports for distribution to partners
• Ensure accuracy of monthly royalty payments
• Support the product team by compiling financial information to guide oversight of profitability of agreements with partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with the Product Organization and Finance Leadership
• Participate in ad hoc reporting, initiatives, and analysis
• Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analysis
• MBA a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Initiative and ability to work optimally and independently
• Excellent detail-orientation with multitasking capabilities
• Ability to contribute constructively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate complex business information to a range of audiences
• Ability to train/mentor others

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD
• Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
